EPLAN eMANAGE is your cloud-based foundation for active collaboration across projects and locations. Quickly and securely share data with co-workers, partners, suppliers and clients. The solution allows you to easily upload projects from the EPLAN Platform or an internet browser into the EPLAN Cloud. eMANAGE is available both in a free version as well as in an attractive full version with additional features.
Continuously Use Your Project Data with EPLAN eMANAGE
With eMANAGE, the EPLAN Platform and EPLAN’s innovative cloud applications are becoming even more integrated.
Efficient, integrated working with eMANAGE: benefit from continuous processes thanks to the integration of EPLAN Electric P8 and EPLAN Pro Panel into the platform solutions. This allows you to conveniently upload your projects into the EPLAN Cloud and download them back to the platform solution for further processing.
With just one click you can publish your project data directly into EPLAN eVIEW via the integration. This allows selected co-workers and business partners to view and comment on the projects, thereby implementing digital cross-company review processes.
Clear role assignments mean you can precisely determine who has secure access to your project.
eMANAGE means your projects are clearly organised and available from a central location. The solution also supports you in searching for specific contents.
Registration for the EPLAN Cloud is all you need to access a wide range of applications.
If you upgrade to the fee-based version of eMANAGE, you will have access to more features, allowing you to save your project as a previous version and upload master data, whilst giving you additional 10 GB of storage space per licence.
One Solution, Two Possibilities to Upload Projects
Using eMANAGE you can easily and securely upload your EPLAN Projects to the EPLAN Cloud – for clear, cross-team data access. Simply register for the EPLAN Cloud and you’re ready to go!
Method 1: Upload directly from EPLAN Platform
You can upload your project directly from the platform solutions EPLAN Electric P8 or EPLAN Pro Panel. To use this function, you will need EPLAN Platform, Version 2.9 (Servicepack 1) or higher. You can extensively use the full version of EPLAN eMANAGE from EPLAN Platform 2022 and newer. Our tip: Stay up to date by always using the current version of the EPLAN Platform.
Method 2: Upload via browser function
You have the possibility of uploading your project data through eMANAGE without any previous installation of EPLAN software. Simply use your browser to upload projects in the ZW1 format. This also works for EPLAN Projects from older versions of the platform starting from Version 1.8.
Technical note: By default, the EPLAN eMANAGE application is only visible to administrators of the respective organisation in the EPLAN Cloud. Administrators will need to assign eMANAGE roles to individual users within the organisation so that they can see and use the application.
EPLAN eMANAGE Free
EPLAN eMANAGE Free is available for use, free of charge, to all users of the EPLAN cloud. This application lets you simply and securely share EPLAN Projects and other data with selected project partners, across teams and even across companies, allowing you to work seamlessly with co-workers and business partners alike.
EPLAN eMANAGE
The fee-based full version of EPLAN eMANAGE offers you additional functionality as well as more storage space for your data. Synchronise your master data from the EPLAN Platform 2022 with eMANAGE, thus making it easier for other users to access and use that data. With just one click, you can make current EPLAN Projects available in earlier versions, thereby enabling project partners who aren’t yet working with the most current version of EPLAN to centrally access your project data in the cloud. The number of eMANAGE licences can be customised, independent from other EPLAN licences. Each purchased licence for the full version of eMANAGE brings you an additional 10 GB of storage space for your data.
